- Original editorial content created and owned by Maná, and identified as Maná content, is available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0): https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

- No prior permission is required when the policy conditions are followed.

## Critical scope limit

The CC BY 4.0 permission is NOT site-wide. It applies only to original content identified as Maná content for which Maná owns the rights.

It does not cover third-party Bible translations, the Catechism or Church documents, prayers or biographies obtained from other sources, photographs, illustrations, audio, fonts, logos, user-created content, prayer requests, personal data, or material with its own source, attribution or license. Source-specific notices prevail. Public-domain works remain public domain; Maná does not claim exclusive rights over them.

When a page mixes original and third-party content, reuse only Maná's original portions or verify the linked source before reuse. The absence of a visible label does not make third-party material Maná content.

## Automated access

- Public pages may be crawled and analyzed within the policy scope.
- Respect https://mana-app.org/robots.txt, reasonable request rates, security controls and privacy.
- Do not access private or administrative areas, bypass controls, collect personal data, or reuse prayer requests and other community content.
